CSWADI Photonics Superamphiphobic Self-cleaning Radiative Cooling Material
CSWADI Photonics Superamphiphobic Self-cleaning Radiative Cooling Material is the first pioneering energy-saving and environmentally friendly new cooling material independently developed by CSWADI Photonics Technology Co. The material combines two cutting-edge technologies - passive radiative cooling technology and super-hydrophobic, super-oleophobic self-cleaning surface technology, which can reduce the temperature of the material to below the ambient temperature without consuming any external energy, and the material's solar reflectance, infrared emissivity are the highest in the world in terms of published data.
Differing from traditional heat insulation materials, CSWADI Photonics Superamphiphobic Self-cleaning Radiative Cooling Material can not only reflect most of the sunlight and reduce the heat absorbed by the object from the sunlight, but also re-emit the heat from the object through infrared radiation, resulting in a surface temperature lower than the ambient air temperature (i.e. passive sub-ambinet radiative cooling). It is like installing a air conditioner on the surface of an object that does not require electricity and refrigerant and works 24 hours a day.
At the same time, the static contact angle of the material is greater than 150 °, the liquid sliding angle is less than 10 °. Aqueous or oily liquid drops on the surface of the material will roll away immediately, taking away the dust and other contamination on the surface of the material, thus realizing the superhydrophobicity, superoleophobicity and self-cleaning effects.
